上海地区精神科门诊服务现状调查——一周内门诊服务相关特征分析

目的：调查精神科专科门诊服务的现状，估测门诊服务资源与实际需求的差异及服务分布的合理性。方法：采用自制问卷对整个上海地区各类精神科门诊服务进行一周调查。结果：２０００余家门诊服务点就诊总例次为７１７７人次，居民中就诊比例为５２．５４／１０万，一周中就诊高峰为星期一、五，低峰为星期六、日；就诊病种居前三位的依次为精神分裂症，神经症和情感性障碍，城市地区门诊服务点数、服务人员数及服务项目数明显高于农村

Demand of psychiatric outpatient service in Shanghai

Objectives: To investigate the present status of outpatient service and requirement of the patient with mental ilness and to evaluate the rationality of service facilities distribution. Method: The questionnaire was developed and surveyed in whole city of Shanghai for one week. Results: Totally 7177 patients in more than 200 outpatient facilities were investigated. The ratios of actual visits was 52. 54 per hundred thousand citizen. During the week, outpatient peak days were Monday and Friday, and the lowest ones were Sunday and Saturday. Schizophrenia, neuroses, affective disorder were the top 3 disorders. The number of outpatient facility, professionals and service types in the urban area were significantly higher than those in the rural area. The service amounts offered by per professional in the rural area was significantly lower than that of the city. Conclusion: The psychiatric outpatient facilities in the urban Shanghai are suitable for demand. The range of outpatient service should be enlarged. The rural service distribution of outpatient facilities should be enhanced.
