| 摘 要： | 目的 提高复杂嗜铬细胞瘤的外科治疗水平.方法 回顾性总结外科手术治疗的37例复杂嗜铬细胞瘤患者,运用螺旋CT血管成像、三维动态磁共振血管成像重建技术进行更准确的定位,选用肋间切口、胸腹联合切口或腹部切口等径路顺利切除肿瘤.结果 37例患者的肿瘤直径均＞8 cm,激素呈高分泌,其中18例肿瘤造成严重的心血管系统、内分泌系统紊乱等伴随症状.本组术前有效控制血压及心律失常,做扩容准备,纠正伴随疾病及症状.术后病理证实为嗜铬细胞瘤,肿瘤直径均＞8 cm,最大者达35 cm.结论 手术切除嗜铬细胞瘤是目前唯一有效的治疗方法,准确的术前诊断,积极的围术期准备,精确的术式选择,以及术后的相应处理十分重要.

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the surgical treatment of the complicated pheochromocytoma.Methods The clinical data of 37 patients with complicated pheochromocytoma who underwent surgical excision were reviewed and analyzed.
