卡介菌多糖核酸对白癜风免疫调节作用及疗效的研究

摘    要:目的探讨卡介菌多糖核酸(BCG-PSN)对白癜风的免疫调节作用及疗效。方法分别用流式细胞术和ELISA方法检测卡介菌多糖核酸治疗白癜风前后患者外周血T细胞亚群、IL-6和IFN-γ的水平。结果白癜风患者治疗前外周血CD4+百分比及CD4+/CD8+比值下降,CD8+百分比升高,IFN-γ水平降低。卡介菌多糖核酸治疗后,患者CD4+百分比及CD4+/CD8+比值较治疗前升高,CD 8+百分比降低,IFN-γ水平升高(P<0.05),IL-6水平无变化(P>0.05)。治疗组有效率为68.42%,对照组有效率31.58%,两组疗效差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论卡介菌多糖核酸治疗白癜风可以显著改善患者的细胞免疫功能,提高其治疗有效率。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the immunity modulation and clinical efficacy of polysaccharide nucleic acidfraction of bacillus calmette guerin(BCG-PSN) for treatment of vitiligo.Methods The level of T-lymphocyte sub-populations and IFN-γ,IL-6 in the peripheral blood of all patients were measured by flow cytometry and ELISA methods before and after treatment with BCG-PSN.Results The study showed that the percentage of CD4~+ cell and CD4~+/CD8~+ ratio were decreased,the percentage of CD8~+ cell was higher,the level of IFN-γ was lower before treatment in patient with vitiligo.After treating with BCG-PSN,the percentage of CD4~+,CD4~+/CD8~+ ratio,the level of IFN-γ were significantly increased and the percentage of CD8~+ was decreased than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treating 3 months,the efficacy rate in the treatment group was 68.42% and the control group 31.58%.There was significant difference between both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion BCG-PSN can markedly improve cellular immunity function and clinical efficacy of patients with vitiligo.
