静脉输液穿刺失败的常见原因及护理对策

目的:研究静脉输液穿刺失败的常见原因,总结护理对策。方法:调查2008年1月～2009年1月期间,我院门诊静脉输液240例患者中穿刺失败的常见原因,并计算其发生率。结果:静脉输液穿刺失败的常见原因包括:穿刺部位及血管选择不当、缺乏经验及操作不熟练、护士精神紧张、患者不合作、肥胖患者、进针角度不当、穿刺针型号不对、固定方式不当、血管因素、环境因素等,其中穿刺部位及血管选择不当、缺乏经验及操作不熟练、护士精神紧张、肥胖患者、患者不合作发生率高,分别为1.67%、1.67%、1.25%、1.25%、1.25%。结论:通过了解静脉穿刺失败常见原因,适时给予相应的护理干预,保证静脉输液的顺利进行,有利于提高治疗效果,提高患者生活质量。

Familiar reasons and nursing care of venous transfusion patients with puncturation failure

Objective：To explore familiar reasons of venous puncturation failure,and summary nursing care.Methods：240 patients from January 2008 to January 2009 in our hospital,were enrolled in this study.To analyze the reason of venous puncturation failure,and compute its incidence rate.Results：The familiar reasons were unsuitablation selection of puncturation position and blood vessel,no experience,mental stress,uncooperation,fatness,unsuitablation of needling angle,unsuitablation of transfixion pin,unsuitablation of fixation method,blood vessel factor,environmental factor.The most familiar reasons were unsuitablation selection of puncturation position and blood vessel,no experience,mental stress,uncooperation,fatness,and its incidence rate distinguishes to 1.67%,1.67%,1.25%,1.25%,1.25%.Conclusion：Understand familiar abortive reasons of venous transfusion,which can be advantageous to exaltation treatment effect,and improve live quality of patients.
