广州市儿童血清前白蛋白参考范围调查

目的建立广州地区健康儿童血清前白蛋白的参考范围。方法应用日立7600全自动生化分析仪对广州地区3957名健康儿童(男性2667例,女性1290例)的血清前白蛋白(PA)进行检测,对结果进行统计分析。结果 PA存在性别差异(P0.05)。儿童前白蛋白参考范围为男性(111.7￣281.7)mg/L,女性(128.4￣300.4)mg/L。各年龄段的蛋白参考范围有不同程度的差异,总体PA与年龄呈正相关。结论旧的参考范围已不适用于儿童,各地、各实验室应测定一批健康儿童的标本。统计出本实验室的参考范围,若存在性别差异,应分别制定两性的参考范围;若存在年龄组间差异,还应进一步制定两性内各个年龄组的参考范围。

An Investigation on the Normal Reference Range for Serum Prealbumin of Healthy Children in Guangzhou

Objective To establish the normal reference range for serum prealbumin of healthy children in Guangzhou.Methods PA of 3957 healthy children（2667 males,1290 females）living in Guangzhou were examined by Japanese HITACHI 7600 Automatic Analyzer,followed by calculations for GLB and A/G.Then the data were analyzed with statistical methods.Results There was difference between boys and girls for PA（P〈0.05）,respectively.The normal references were： males（111.7-281.7） mg/L,females（128.4-300.4） mg/L.The normal reference ranges for PA showed various degrees of difference during the age groups.There was statistically positive correlation for the age with PA.Conclusion Since the old normal reference ranges for healthy children aren＇t suitable for those nowadays,so in different regions and even different laboratories the normal reference ranges for PA ought to be established by sex or age groups if difference is found after detecting a quantity of healthy children.
