| 摘 要： | 目的找出并分析血透室护士工作的主要压力因素,让血透室护士正确认识工作压力,从工作上、思想上减轻压力,放松心情,从而提高工作效率及护理质量。方法采用自行设计的调查表对在我院血透室工作的护理人员进行问卷调查。结论引起血透室护士的工作压力因素有工作环境、工作负荷、职业风险、病人等因素。从这些方面入手改善护士的工作、生活环境,提高护士的综合素质,减轻护士的心身压力,从而提高护理质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To find out and analyze the main factors of working pressure of nurses in hemodialysis room.To make the nurses correctly understand the working pressure and reduce the psychological pressure to improve the efficiency and nursing quality.Methods Make a survey on the nurses in hemodialysis room with own-designed questionnaires.Conclusion The main factors causing working pressure of nurses in hemodialysis room include work environment,workload,occupational risk and patients.From these aspects to improve work environment and comprehensive quality of nurses and reduce the psychological pressure so as to improve the nursing quality. |
