生物瓣膜交联方法的新进展

摘    要:生物瓣膜在临床应用中瓣膜组织的钙化与疲劳衰败是面临的最大挑战,其次就是感染性心内膜炎造成的瓣膜损害。目前生物瓣膜固定交联的方法很多,各有优劣,对生物瓣膜钙化的影响也不尽相同,都还无法达到理想的目标。本文就目前的几个热点方法进行了简单的比较,为选择一种较合适的处理方法提供参考。

Abstract:The calcification and defatigation of the valves are the biggest problem when bioprosthetic heart valves are applied in clinic,then the damage caused by infectivity endocarditins.At present,there are kinds of methods of crosslinking the bioprosthetic heart valves,all of which have advantages and disadvantages,and have different effects on valvular calcification,however,all of which can't achieve the ideal aim.This paper makes a summary on the comparison among several crosslinking methods,providing a reference to choose a fairly suitable method of crosslinking.
