维持性血液透析患者抑郁症状及其相关因素分析

目的调查维持性血液透析（maintenance hemodialysis,MHD）患者中抑郁症状发生情况并分析其相关因素,为提高患者生存质量提供依据。方法应用Zung抑郁自评量表（SDS）对泰安市中心医院血液净化中心179例MHD患者进行评估,将患者分为抑郁症组和非抑郁症组,收集患者一般临床资料、透析资料及实验室检查结果,进行统计分析。结果抑郁症组年龄、糖尿病、hs-CRP高于非抑郁症组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;Hb、身体质量指数低于非抑郁症组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;在性别、透析龄、透析充分性、钙磷代谢两组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 MHD患者抑郁症的发生与年龄、糖尿病、肾性贫血、慢性炎症及营养状态相关。

Analysis on depressive symptoms and the related factors in maintenance hemodialysis patients

Objective：To investigated the incidence of depression symptoms and the related factors in maintenance hemodialysis（MHD）patients,and to understand the useful measures for the improvement of their life quality.Methods： 179 outpatients（male 104,female 75） with end-stage renal disease（ESRD） treated with MHD at the Dialysis Center of Taian Central Hospital were evaluated.Depression manifestations were assessed by Zung self-rating depression scale（SDS）.Patients were divided into non-depression group and depression group according to the SDS score obtained.Their basic clinical information,information of hemodialysis and laboratory parameters were also collected.Results： Age,diabetes,hs-CRP were significantly greater but Hb and BMI were lower than those in non-depression group（P0.05）.There were no significant difference in gender,hemodialysis period,hemodialysis adequacy and calcium-phosphate metabolism between the two groups.Conclusion： Depression is related closely to age,diabetes,anemia,chronic inflammation condition and malnutrition status.
