23例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤漏诊分析

目的分析口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤临床误诊的原因.方法回顾性分析11年间收治的113例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤中的误诊病例23例(20.4%). 结果在23例恶性肿瘤中误诊为良性肿瘤15例(65.2%),炎症性疾病6例(26.1%),囊肿2例(8.7%).结论部分口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤临床表现缺乏特异性,常易漏诊,必须重视临床与影像学结合综合分析,以减少误诊.

An Analysis of 23 Misdiagnosed Cases With Maxillofacial Malignant Neoplasm

Objective The misdiagnosis of maxillofacial malignant neoplasm was analyzed. Methods Twenty-three cases of misdiagnosis (20.4%) among 113 patients with maxillofacial malignant neoplasm admitted in our hospital in the recent 11 years were reviewed. Results In these 23 misdiagnosed cases, 15 (65.2%) were misdiagnosed as carcinoid, 6 (26.1%) as inflammation diseases and 2 (8.7%) as cyst. Conclusions Because of lack of specificity in clinical manifestation, some of the maxillofacial malignant neoplasms are easily to be misdiagnosed. The diagnostic work-up should integrate the clinical and imaging study information.
