乌鸡白凤丸治疗无症状高尿酸血症临床观察

目的:观察乌鸡白凤丸治疗无症状高尿酸血症的疗效。方法:采用随机数字法将2015年1月~2016年1月期间符合标准的67例无症状高尿酸血症患者随机分为两组,两组均在高尿酸血症生活方式指导下,治疗组使用乌鸡白凤丸口服,一次6g,每日2次,疗程1个月;对照组使用苯溴马隆口服,一次50mg,每日1次,疗程1个月。治疗前后分别采集两组患者中医症状资料进行症状评分,并检测患者治疗前后血尿酸水平及肝肾功能、血尿常规等安全性指标。结果:2组患者治疗前血尿酸水平以及畏寒腰酸、大便粘腻、胸胁脘腹胀满、身重困倦、口腔异味等中医症状积分差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。2组患者治疗后血尿酸水平均较治疗前有明显下降(P0.05),2组患者治疗后血尿酸水平相互间比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组治疗后相关中医症状积分均有所降低(P0.05),对照组各相关症状积分较治疗前变化不明显,且皆无统计学意义(P0.05)。总有效率方面,治疗组总有效率达到88.2%,对照组总有效率达到87.9%,两者比较无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗前后两组安全性指标比较均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:乌鸡白凤丸在治疗无症状高尿酸血症方面与苯溴马隆有相近疗效,且未见不良反应和副作用。乌鸡白凤丸还可以改善高尿酸血症患者畏寒腰酸、大便粘腻、胸胁脘腹胀满、身重困倦、口腔异味等肾阳亏虚、湿热困脾的相关中医症状。

Clinical Observation on Treating Asymptomatic Hyperruicemia with Wuji Baifeng Pills

Objective:To observe the effect of treating asymoptomatic hyperuricemia with Wuji Baifeng Pills.M ethod:67 patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia gathered from January 2015 to January 2016 accord with relative standard were randomly divided into two groups:34 cases in the treatment group and 33 cases in the control group.Besides the hyperuricemia lifestyle guiding to all patients,the patients in the treatment group were given Wuji Baifeng Pills 6g a time,2 times a day for a month,while patients in the control group were given Benzbromarone orally,50 milligram each time,1 time a day for a month.TCM symptom data of patients in both groups were collected and scored,as well as the Serum uric acid levels,the security index of liver and renal functions,blood routine and urine routine were tested before and after the treatment.Result:Before the treatment,the SUA measure value and the related TCM symptoms of patients in both groups had no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).After the treatment,SUA of the patients in the two groups declined (P ＜ 0.05) with no significant difference(P ＞0.05).In the treatment group,the related TCM symptom integrals all declined after treatment(P ＜0.05).In the control group,there were no obvious difference between the comparison integrals of the related TCM symptoms before and after the treatment(P ＞0.05).The total effective rate was 88.2％ in the treatment groups and 87.9％ in the control group.There was no significant difference(P ＞0.05).There was no significant difference in the comparison of the security index before and after treatment in both groups as well(P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Wuji Baifeng Pills have similar effect as Benzbromarone in the treatment of asymptomatic hyperuricemia with no adverse reaction and side effect.Meanwhile,Wuji Baifeng Pills can decline the related TCM symptoms of asymptomatic hyperuricemia.
