基于文献计量分析的中药外治法治疗鼻部黑头疗效研究

目的:根据中医对鼻部黑头的辨证,先后采用由中药洁面乳、中药鼻贴、中药凝胶组成的综合外治法进行治疗,以期标本兼治,更有效地改善鼻部皮肤质量。方法:运用文献计量学方法,统计并选择美容古方中的适宜药物进行制作,进行人群试用效果调查,并与单纯撕拉式鼻贴对照分析。结果:中药外治法具有祛除鼻部黑头的效果(P0.05),并在清洁度、润肤感、香气、复发率等方面优于单纯撕拉式鼻贴(P0.05),但在刺激度与不良反应方面无显著差异(P0.05),在使用简易度上仍有待改进。结论:基于中医辨证施治的中药外治法能有效改善鼻部皮肤质量,起到一定标本兼治的效果,中医外治法在祛除黑头方面的应用值得进一步探索与尝试。

Therapeutic Effect Research on Treating Nasal Comedo with External Treatment of TCM Based on Bibliometric Methods

Objective:To treat nasal comedo externally with TCM facial cleanser,TCM nose paste,TCM gel by the TCM pattern differentiation,to improve the quality of nasal skin by addressing both the symptoms and root cause.Methods:Cleanser,nose pore strip and gelatin were made with Chinese materia medica and analyzed based on the cosmetic fomula in ancient TCM literature with bibliometric methods.After making the products,investigations and control analyses were conducted,and compared with the simple pull nose paste.Results:Cleanser,nose pore strip and gelatin made by Chinese materia medica can remove nasal comedo statistically (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with control group,the cleanliness,skin feeling,fragrance and recurrence rate of experimental group were significantly better (P ＜ 0.05),but the difference of excitable degree and adverse effects were not obviously (P ＞ 0.05),while eottom of use also needs improving.Conclusion:Based on TCM's syndrome differentiation,cleanser,nose pore strip and gelatin made by Chinese materia medica can improve the quality of nasal skin effectively and treat both symptoms and root causes to a certain degree.External therapy used for removing the nasal comedo is deserved further exploration and trial.
