原发性肝癌边缘凹陷征的CT表现

目的　探讨 CT扫描在原发性肝细胞癌和原发性肝内周围型胆管细胞癌中 ,边缘凹陷征的发生率及其重要性。方法　对经临床病理证实的原发性肝细胞癌 (2 0 7例 )和原发性肝内周围型胆管细胞癌 (35例 )中的 2 0个病例边缘凹陷征的 CT片进行回顾性分析观察。结果　在 2 0 7例原发性肝细胞癌中发现有边缘凹陷征的13例 (占 6 .3%) ,在 35例原发性肝内周围型胆管细胞癌中发现有边缘凹陷征的 7例 (占 2 0 %) ,经χ2 检验两者的差异具有极显著性 (χ2 =7.13,P<0 .0 1)。结论　边缘凹陷征在原发性肝细胞癌和原发性肝内周围型胆管细胞癌的 CT表现中具有重要的诊断价值。

CT findings of the marginal retraction sign in primary hepatocarcinoma

Objective The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the frequence and significance of marginal retraction sign of the liver contour adjacent to the mass in intrahepatic peripheral cholangiocarcinoma (IHPCC)and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Method CT images of 20 patients with the marginal retraction sign in pathologically proven HCC (207 cases) or IHPCC (35 cases) were reviewed.Results The marginal retraction sign was found in 13 cases in 207 patients with HCC(6.3%) and 7 cases in 35 patients with IHPCC (20%) (χ 2=7.13,P<0.01).Conclusion The marginal retraction sign is of great diagnostic value to HCC and IHPCC.
