山东省三峡外迁移民社会适应性及其影响因素分析

目的：探讨山东省三峡外迁移民社会适应的总体状况及其影响因素，为促进移民的社会融合提供参考。方法：单因素分析应用χ^2检验，多因素分析应用因子分析、聚类分析以及多元线性逐步回归。结果：聚类分析其总体状况较好的占20．4％、一般的占36．7％、较差占的42．6％；以社会适应总分为因变量的线性回归模型分析，方差检验值F=108．84，P〈0．01。结论：山东省三峡外迁移民总体适应状况一般，其中最好的是社会交往适应，最差的是经济适应；在纳入回归分析的20个自变量中，有7个自变量进入方程，按其影响作用的大小依次为生活水平变化、当地居民交流、村干部满意度、环境安全感、当地居民接受意愿、性别、参加群众活动意愿。

General Evaluation and Regression Analysis on Influential Factors of Social Adaptation of Three-gorges Immigrants in Shandong Province

Objoctive：Explore the overall situation and influential factors of Three -gorges immigrants in their social adaptation, and provide reference for promoting social integration of immigrants. Methods ： Multiple statistical methods are employed in the analysis, including single - factor analysis （ 2tests ） , multi - factor analysis, cluster- analysis and regression analysis. Results： In cluster analysis of the overall condition, 20.4% of immigrants markes good, 36.7% general, and 42.6% poor. In the variance test value of regression model, the F value equals to 108.84 with P 〈0.01. Gonelusion： Three - gorges immigrants in Shandong province show general overall adap- tation, favorable social interaction adaptation, but unfavorable economic adaptation. Among 20 independent varia- bles taken into regression model, there were 7 independent variables accepted. According to their significances the sequences of factors from maximal to minimal are the living standard change, exchange with local residents, satisfaction degree with village cadres, security sense about environment, acceptance degree by local people, genders, and willingness to participate in the local massive activities.
