内镜下国产热极治疗老年疣状胃炎86例疗效观察

目的探讨内镜下国产热极治疗老年疣状胃炎的方法及疗效。方法 86例老年疣状胃炎患者给予内镜下国产热极治疗,术前充分评估患者的耐受能力,常规术前准备,采用HP-A100热极治疗仪,温度210℃,每次通电2-4s,每枚病灶探头帖压1-6次。术后给以抗炎、抑酸、黏膜保护及营养支持。术后复查内镜,观察疣状病变是否消失及有无复发。结果86例老年疣状胃炎患者平均热极治疗4.2次,平均热极治疗时间15.6s,全部患者术中操作顺利,患者未见严重呼吸循环功能障碍等。术后无原有疾病加重,所有患者术后4周复查内镜发现疣状病变完全消失,恢复正常黏膜。结论国产热极治疗老年疣状胃炎效果好,且安全、方便,其探头应用好、经济,值得基层医院推广。

Observation of therapeutic effects for 86 elder patients with verrucosa gastritis treated by endoscope heat pole made in China

【Objective】 To observe the therapeutic effects of 86 elder patients with verrucosa gastritis treated by endoscope heat pole HP-A100 which made in China.【Methods】After thoroughly evaluation of tolerance for gastroendoscopy and common preoperative preparation,the 86 elder patients with alimentary polyps were treated by endoscope heat pole which made in China on the temperature of 210℃,electrified for 2-4 seconds per time,and well settled by heat probe for 1-6 times on every focus.After operation,the patients were arranged the treatment of anti-inflammatory,inhibition acid,protection of mucous,and nutritional support.The focuses of all the patients were observed under endoscope after 4 weeks post-operation.【Resluts】 The 86 elder patients were treated by heat pole 4.2 times meanly,and 15.6 seconds.The operations were successful and no sever respiratory and circulatory dysfunction happened.All the verrucosa focuses were diminished after 4 weeks of operation.【Conclusion】The endoscope treatment of heat pole made in China for elder patients with verrucosa gastritis is effective,simple and safe.It is suit to basic medical units.
