三种方案治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效比较

目的 探讨三种不同方案治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效 方法 随机选取新生儿高胆红素血症患儿210例,分为甲、乙、丙三组,倒数分别为59、62、63例 甲组采用光疗联合清蛋白、全双歧(双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片)治疗,乙组采用光疗联合茵栀黄颗粒、金双歧治疗,丙组采用光疗联合清蛋白、茵栀黄颗粒,金双歧治疗,3d后观察皮肤黏膜黄疸程度及血清胆红素的变化,结果 采用X2检验进行分析 结果 甲、乙、丙组显效、有效、无效分别为35、13、11例,37、14、11例,46、13、4例,甲、乙组比较,总有效率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),丙组与甲、乙组比较,总有效率差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 丙组治疗方案优于甲、乙治疗方案,光疗联合清蛋白、茵栀黄颗粒、金双歧治疗方案时新生儿高胆红素血症效果良好.

Efficacy comparison of three therapy regimens in treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia

Objective To investigate the efficacy of three different therapy regimens in treating neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods 210 cases of neonatal jaundice were randomly selected and divided into the group A(59 cases),B(62 cases) and C(63 cases).The group A used the phototherapy+albumins+Golden Bifid,the group B was treated with phototherapy+ Yinzhihuang Granules+Golden Bifid and the group C with phototherapy+albumins+Golden Bifid+Yinzhihuang Granules.After 3 d,the degrees of skin and mucosal jaundice and the change of serum bilirubin were observed and the results were analyzed by using χ2 test.Results The excellent effect,effect and ineffectiveness in the group A,B and C were 35,13 and 11 cases,37,14 and 11 cases,46,13 and 4 cases respectively,without statistical differences among them(P>0.05).Comparing the group C with the group A and B,the total efffective rate had statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapy regimen in the group C is better than that in the group A and B.The therapy regimen of phototherapy+albumins+Yinzhihuang Granules +Golden Bifid has better effect in treating neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.
