摘    要:采用亚急性动式吸入染毒,观察氯仿对雄性SD大鼠的肝肾毒性作用。结果表明,592mg/m~3氯仿可致大鼠肝脏组织丙二醛含量增高、血清谷丙转氨酶活性明显升高、个别动物肝细胞肿胀等异常改变;染毒停止6天后,肝脏异常基本恢复。在2488mg/m~3浓度下,肝脏改变明显,肾脏出现轻度损伤。

Abstract:A dynamic inhalation system was employed to assess the hepatotoxicity and nephrotoxici-ty of chloroform on male Sprague-Dowley rats after two weeks inhalation. The results showed that 592mg/m3 seemed to be the observed adverse level of chloroform causing reversible liver damage which was indicated by obvious increase of MDA in liver tissue higher activity of serum ALT compared with those of controls. Six days after the last inhalation, the impairment of liver recovered. When the exposure level was 2488mg/m3,the damage of liver was more obvious and the slight nephrotoxicity appeared. It is suggested that the hepatotoxicity of inhalated chloroform was dose-dependent and has a higher sensitivity than nephrotoxicity.
