肌圆锥内注射透明质酸对幼兔眼眶发育的影响

摘    要:目的 观察幼兔肌圆锥内注射透明质酸刺激眼眶生长发育的程度及引起眼眶容积的变化。方法 选取30只新西兰幼兔(1个月龄),随机分为3组,其中A组、B组各10只,均摘除左眼球,保留右眼,A组在术后7d,左眼肌圆锥内注入透明质酸2mL,术后1个月补充注射透明质酸1mL,B组不注射药物;对照组(C组)10只,不作任何处理。比较术前和术后1个月、6个月各组左眼睑裂长度及眼眶容积差异。结果 术后1个月A组、B组、C组兔左眼睑裂长度分别为(15.19±0.40)mm、(14.43±0.31)mm、(15.28±0.55)mm,术后6个月分别为(17.64±0.64)mm、(15.71±0.94)mm、(19.11±0.82)mm。术后1个月A组、B组、C组CT测量兔左眼眶容积分别为(2.30±0.14)cm3、(1.54±0.16)cm3、(2.40±0.09)cm3,术后6个月分别为(4.70±0.18)cm3、(3.18±0.17)cm3、(4.94±0.24)cm3。术后1个月兔左眼睑裂长度及眶容积,B组与各组间差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.01),A、C组间差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。术后6个月兔左眼睑裂长度及眶容积,组间两两比较差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。结论 肌圆锥内注射透明质酸较不注射透明质酸兔眼眶发育好,是促使眼睑及眼眶发育的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective To observe the orbital growth and changes of orbital volume stimulated by injecting hyaluronic acid into immature rabbits muscle cone. Methods A total of 30 New Zealand immature rabbits with I month old were randomly divided int0 3 groups,10 cases in each group. The left eyes of rabbits in group A and B were enucleated,the right eyes were remained. Seven days later after the surgery, the left eye muscle cones of each rabbits in group A were injected 2 mL hyaluronic acid . and added I mL one month later. Rabbits in group B were not injected drugs, while rabbits in group C were done nothing. The left palpebral fissure length and orbital volumes were measured at preoperative and postoperative I month ,6 months. Results At postoperative I month ,the left palpebral fissure length in group A,B and C were ( 15. 19 +0. 40 ) mm. ( 14. 43 + 0. 31 ) mm. ( 15. 28 + 0. 55 ) mm, respectively, which at postoperative 6 months were ( 17. 64 + 0. 64 ) mm . ( 15. 71 + 0. 94 ) mm , ( 19. 11 + 0. 82 ) mm , respectively. At postoperative I month .the left orbital volumes measured by CT in group A, B and C were ( 2. 30 +0. 14) cm3 , ( 1. 54 + 0. 16 ) cm3 . ( 2. 40 + 0. 09 ) cm3 , respectively , which at postoperative 6 months were ( 4. 70 +0. 18) cm3 . (3. 18 + 0. 17 ) cm3 . (4. 94 + 0. 24 ) cm3 . respectively. The differences in the left palpebral fissure length and orbital volumes at postoperative I month between group B and the other groups were statistically significant ( all P < 0. 01 ) , the difference between group A and C was not statistically significant (P > 0. 05 ) . The differences in the left palpebral fissure length and orbital volumes at postoperative 6 months between each two groups were statistically significant ( all P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The orbital growth with hyaluronic acid injection is better than that without injection , and it is a effective way to increase palpebral fissure length and orbital volume.
