高职生人格特征对手机成瘾的影响作用

摘要:目的　研究高职生人格特征对手机成瘾的作用。方法　采用方便抽样调查2092名高职生的人格特征和手机成瘾状况，并揭示两者之间的作用关系。结果　高职男生在精神质得分显著低于高职女生（t＝-2.68，P＝0.007），理工类高职生在神经质和精神质得分显著低于艺术类高职生（MD神经质＝-1.72，P＝0.023；MD精神质＝-1.74，P＝0.003）。高职生手机成瘾的检出率为23.4%，高职生每天手机平均使用时间越长，手机成瘾倾向越明显（P＜0.001），高职女生比高职男生更具有手机成瘾倾向（P＜0.001）。手机成瘾和非成瘾的高职生在神经质、精神质和掩饰性得分差异有统计学意义（P＜0.001），内倾型、高神经质和高精神质对高职生手机成瘾具有预测作用（P＜0.05）。结论　高职生手机成瘾干预可以从培养其外倾型、宜人性、低神经质和低精神质等人格特征方面着手。

The influence of personality traits on mobile phone addiction among vocational college students

Abstract: Objective The aim of the study was to assess the influence of personality traits on mobile phone addiction among vocational college students. Methods A total of 2092 vocational college students were selected by convenience sampling and surveyed for their personality traits and statuses of mobile phone addiction. The correlation between the two was also analyzed. Results The score on psychoticism among male students was significantly lower than that among female students (t=-2.68, P=0.007), and the scores on neuroticism and psychoticism among science and engineering students were significantly lower than those among liberal art students (MD for psychoticism = -1.72, P=0.023; MD for psychoticism = -1.74, P=0.003). The positive rate of mobile phone addiction among the students was 23.4%. The longer the daily average time the students used their mobile phones, the stronger the mobile phone addiction was (P<0.001). Female students had a higher tendency of mobile phone addiction than male students (P<0.001). Differences in neuroticism, psychoticism, and dissimulation were significant between addicted and non-addicted students (P<0.001). Introversion, high neuroticism, and high psychoticism were predictive of mobile phone addiction among the students (P<0.05). Conclusion Intervention against mobile phone addiction among vocational students may be focused on developing extraversion, agreeableness, low neuroticism, and low psychoticism personality traits.
