摘    要:目的:探讨应用KAP模式对原发性高血压患者进行健康教育的效果.方法:对128例原发性高血压患者采用KAP即知识、信念、行为模式进行健康教育,并进行自身对照研究.结果:接受教育后患者在知识、信念、行为及满意度方面明显高于教育前(P<0.01).结论:应用KAP模式对原发性高血压患者开展健康教育可促进其健康行为的建立,有助于提高患者的用药依从性和遵医行为,提高综合防治效果.

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of the patterns of KAP(knowledge,attitude,practice) in health education to patient with essential hypertension.Methods: KAP was applied to 128 patients with essential hypertension and study on auto-control was made.Results: Patient's contentment and progress with KAP were much more after health education than that before health education(P<0.01).Conclusion: Application of patterns of KAP is very helpful to developing patient's healthy behavior and increasing the patient compliance so as to improve the effect of prevention and treatment of essential hypertension.
