| Abstract: | Our retrospective experience underscores the ability of Doppler echocardiography to detect the cardiotoxicity of chemotherapy (functional and pericardial abnormalities, heart involvement) and points out the need for an accurate echocardiographic follow-up of hematologic patients. |
