生精毓麟汤对睾丸损害大鼠模型作用的实验研究

用腺嘌呤建立了大鼠睾丸损害病理模型，观察生精毓麟汤对该病理模型的作用。实验结果显示，生精毓麟汤能调节模型动物的睾酮（Ｔ）、雌二醇（Ｅ２）、卵泡刺激素（ＦＳＨ）、黄体生成素（ＬＨ）分泌，并促使其血清含量恢复正常水平；能加速模型动物睾丸损害组织的修复，增加睾丸重量（Ｗ）、弹性（Ｅ）和容积（Ｖ），促进睾丸生精功能，从而提高精子密度（Ｄ）、活率（Ａ）、运动速度（Ｖ）和生育力。

Effects of Shengjing Yulin Decoction on the Testicles Injuried Rats

Adenine was used to make the pathological model of rats whose testicles were injuried.Experimental study of shengjing yulin decoction was conducted.The results showed that the liquid could regulate the secretion of model rats' testosterone,estradiol,follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,and make their contents in serum return to normal level;speed up the restoration of model rats' injuried testicles tissue,increase the weight,elasticity and volume of the testicles,improve their spermatogenetic function,raised the density,activity and velocity of the sperm and improved fertility.
