| 摘 要： | 目的分析老年肺炎的临床特点,进一步提高老年肺炎的诊治水平。方法回顾性分析我院于2005年12月～2009年12月收治的226例老年肺炎的临床资料。结果老年肺炎的临床表现多样,主要表现为全身乏力、喘息、气急和咳嗽等症状,该病好发于有基础疾病的患者,X线主要表现为小片状、斑片状炎性浸润影。结论老年肺炎的表现较为复杂,早期的诊断和治疗对提高治愈率和降低死亡率具有重要的临床意义。
