脑出血患者早期血糖水平与病情转归的相关性分析

目的探讨脑出血患者早期血糖水平与病情转归的关系。方法患者入院时按GCS评分分为重型组、中型组与轻型组,出院时按GOS评分分为死亡或植物生存组、残疾组与良好组,分别测定血糖,将其测定值进行对比分析。结果血糖均值对比：①重型组、中型组与轻型组两两对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;②死亡或植物生存组、残疾组与良好组两两对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论高血压脑出血患者早期血糖水平与病情转归有着明显的关系,GCS评分越低,血糖越高,病情转归越差。
