| 摘 要： | 目的探讨儿童过敏性结膜炎所致的泪膜功能变化。方法取2010年4月～10月山西省眼科医院门诊诊断为过敏性结膜炎的患儿32例（64只眼）为观察组,取年龄与之匹配的正常儿童32例（64只眼）为对照组,分别进行裂隙灯检查、泪膜破裂时间（break-up time,BUT）检查、泪液分泌试验（Schirmer I test,SIt）、角膜荧光素染色试验（fluorescein,FL）。结果过敏性结膜炎患儿的泪膜功能有不同程度的异常,SIt、BUT、FL与对照组相比均有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。左右眼SIt、BUT、FL检查明显相关,观察组患儿SIt与BUT、FL检查不具有相关性,BUT与FL检查具有相关性。结论儿童过敏性结膜炎会使泪膜稳定性降低,导致干眼症的发生。儿童过敏性结膜炎往往双眼起病,且泪膜功能改变与疾病的严重程度有关。
