| 摘 要： | 临床上冠心病常用的影像学检查方法分为有创性和无创性两种,分别为冠状动脉造影（Coronary Angiography,CA）和多层螺旋CT（MDCT）心脏冠脉成像（Coronary CT Angiography,CTA）。两种检查方法各有其优缺点,同时都会使患者接受一定量的X射线照射,带来辐射风险。本次实验的目的是通过临床实验和计算机模拟,探讨两种放射学检查患者确定性和随机性辐射效应发生的危险度。为临床诊断手段的选择提供客观量化的辐射剂量指导信息。

| Abstract: | There are two clinical methods to diagnose coronary heart disease: invasive coronary angiography(CA) and noninvasive coronary CT angiography(CTA),with their own advantages and disadvantages,and bringing radiation risk to the patients during the examination.In this paper,the deterministic effect and stochastic effect are discussed in order to give recommendations on different radiological examinations. |
