摘    要:目的研究EGCG对体外培养子宫肌瘤细胞增殖和凋亡的作用,及对p-AKT和PTEN蛋白表达的影响。方法体外培养子宫肌瘤细胞,不同浓度EGCG干预后,应用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)法检测细胞增生活性;PI染色FCM法分析检测细胞周期变化及凋亡率;免疫细胞化学测定p-AKT和PTEN蛋白表达情况。统计学分析采用方差分析和t检验。结果 EGCG对体外培养子宫肌瘤细胞有增殖抑制作用(P〈0.05),呈时间、浓度依赖性,以剂量依赖方式诱导子宫肌瘤细胞凋亡(P〈0.05),上调PTEN表达,下调p-AKT表达。结论 EGCG通过上调PTEN表达、下调p-AKT表达抑制肌瘤细胞的体外增生。
