| 摘 要： | 目的 测定糖肾康颗粒中总多糖的含量。方法 采用苯酚 -硫酸法测定。结果 糖肾康颗粒中总多糖的含量为 2 .5 % ,该方法线性关系良好 (r=0 .9996 ) ,平均回收率为 98.33%。RSD为 0 .6 9%。结论 该方法简单、准确 ,可作为该制剂的质量控制指标

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the content of total astragalan in Tangshenkong Granules.Methods The determination was performed by phenol-sulfuric acid method.Results The content of total astragalan in Tangshenkong Granules was 2.5%,the linearity of this method was quite satistactory(r=(0.999 6)),and the average recovery was 98.33%,RSD=0.69%.Conclusion This method was simple and accurate,and available for quality control of Tangshenkong Granules. |
