急性有机磷中毒78例抢救体会

目的通过对78例急性有机磷农药中毒的抢救，总结经验教训，提高诊断抢救成功率。方法对78例急性有机磷农药中毒的抢救情况进行回顾性分析。结果治愈率91．9％，广泛皮肤接触和呼吸道吸入中毒者抢救成功率100％。结论口服农药中毒者症状重，抢救时间长，并发症多，病死率高。乐果和氧化乐果易反跳，用阿托品时间长，出现呼吸肌麻痹的多，呼吸肌麻痹早期机械通气是抢救成功的关键。

Emergency Treatment for 78 Cases of Acute Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

Objective To summarize the emergency treatment for 78 cases of acute organophorus pesticide poisoning so as to raise the successful rate of emergency treatment. Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the emergency treatment for 78 cases of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Results The curative rate reached 91.9 %, the successful rate of the patients poisoned because of wide skin contact and aspiration through respiratory tract was 100%. Conclusion The patients with pesticide poisoning suffer from severe symptoms with many complications, the time for emergency treatment will last longer, and the fatality rate is high. Patients of dimethoate or oxidizing dimethoate poisoning often suffer from respiratory muscle palsy because of the symptom iteration, so early mechanical ventilation is the key for successful emergency treatment.
