血浆灌流法在妊娠期急性脂肪肝中的应用

目的探讨血浆灌流方法在急性妊娠脂肪肝治疗中的疗效。方法将郑州大学第一附属医院2007年6月--2013年6月收治的54例妊娠急性脂肪肝住院患者分为2组，对照组（39例）予内科保守治疗，治疗组（15例）在内科保守治疗的同时应用PP方法。治疗2周后，观察患者的症状、体征、生化指标治疗前后是否有显著差异性。结果①治疗组患者的谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶与对照组比较差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。②治疗组治疗前后各项化验指标比治疗前疗效有明显差异性（P〈0．05）。结论PP法治疗急性妊娠脂肪肝安全有效，早期连续应用可以有效的延缓病情进展。

Application of plasma perfusion on acute fatty liver of pregnancy

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of plasma perfusion （PP） on acute fatty liver of pregnancy. Methods Totally 54 cases of acute fatty liver of pregnancy patients of The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou Uni- versity in June 2007 - June 2013 were divided into two groups, in the treated group （15 cases）, the patients were treated with PP,on the basis of the conventional therapy, and 14cases received conservative treatment in control group. Liver function and kidney function before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment were observed. Results （1）There were signifi- cant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The total effective rate in the treated group was 66. 7% , while 37. 5% in the control group. （2）After treatment with （PP）, the liver function and kidney function and were different before 2 weeks （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion PP treatment of acute fatty liver of pregnancy is a safe and effective method. It is a continuous application of the early course of the disease that may effectively prevent the progress of the disease.
