人性化护理在剖宫产术中的应用效果分析

目的 探讨剖宫产术中应用人性化护理的临床效果.方法 回顾分析1500例通过剖宫产分娩的产妇资料,将其随机分为观察组与对照组各750例,给予观察组产妇人性化护理,对照组实施常规护理,比较两组产妇对护理效果的满意度、术后住院时间、生命体征恢复时间、术后并发症发生率等.结果 两组产妇在术后下床时间、术后排气时间、术后住院时间及术后并发症发生率等临床指标比较,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组总满意度为100％,对照组总满意度为87.9％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 人性化护理对提高患者满意度、巩固治疗效果有着重要意义,值得在临床上推广应用.

EFFECT OF HUMANISTIC？ NURSING CARE IN CESAREAN SECTION

Objective To explore the clinical effect of humanistic nursing care in cesarean section. Methods Retrospective analysis was based on the clinical data of 1500 puerperants undergoing cesarean section. The puerperants were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 750 cases in each group. The control group adopted routine nursing care, while the observation group was given humanistic nursing care. The satisfaction rate, postoperative hospital stay,the recovery time of vital sign and postoperative complication incidence were analyzed and compared between the groups. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in postoperative ambulation time, venting time, hospitaliza- tion time and postoperative complication rate（ P 〈0.05）. The total satisfaction rates of the observation group and the control group were 100% and 87.9% respectively. Conclusion Humanistic nursing care can improve patients＇ satisfaction and consolidate the curative effect.
