摘 要: | 目的了解监护病房护理人员综合考核的现状,探讨影响考核成绩的因素。方法收集北京市某三甲医院94名监护病房在职护士的测评成绩及年度理论、技术考核成绩,并采用自设问卷调查监护病房护理人员自我能力测评情况。结果不同工龄、学历、职称的护理人员在自评、上级测评、考核三个方面考核成绩不一致,不同工龄对自我测评成绩、上级测评成绩的影响,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);大专学历组的考核成绩(77.82±12.02)分,高于本科及以上组的(69.40±10.33)分,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);不同职称对自评成绩、上级测评成绩、考核成绩三者的影响均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论监护病房护理人员的考核应进行多维度的综合测评。工龄、职称很大程度上影响综合考核成绩,学历在一定程度卜对综合考核成绩有影响。

Abstract: | Objective To survey the results of comprehensive assessments of Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurses,and find out its influencing factors.Methods 98 ICU nurses were recruited and were surveyed using serf-design questionnaire.The results of self-evaluation, other-evaluation and annual theory and skills tests were collected and analyzed.Results There were significant differences in the self-evaluation and other-evaluation from different seniority.Furthermore, the group of graduated from junior colleges had a significantly higher score than the group of graduated from university.In addition, all the assessment results were different in different professional rifle.Conclusions ICU nurses need a multi-aspects assessment system. |
