安搏维联合倍他乐克对充血性心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的 观察厄贝沙坦(商品名安搏维)联合倍他乐克在慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效.方法 将80例慢性充血性心力衰竭病人随机分为两组,治疗组在常规用药(强心、利尿、扩血管)的基础上,加用厄贝沙坦(75～150 mg1次/d)、倍他乐克(6.25～50 mg/d)治疗;对照组则用常规治疗.两组总疗程为12周.治疗前后观察血压、心率、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVDd)和6min步行距离.结果 治疗组有效率92.5%,且心功能、血压、左室射血分数、左室舒张末径及6min步行距离较对照组有显著性差异(P＜0.05),两组比较有显著性的统计学意义.结论 厄贝沙坦联合倍他乐克治疗充血性心力衰竭可明显改善心功能,逆转心室重构,其疗效显著,优于常规药物治疗.

The observation of clinical curative effect of Irbesartan combined with Metoprolol on the congestive heart failure

Objective To observe the effect Irbsartan combined with Metoprolol on patients with congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods 80 patients with CHFwere divided randomly into two groups(therapy group and control group).Isotropic agents,diuretics,vasodilators were prescribed to the two groups respectively, and in the therapy group Inbesarton(75~150mg,qd) and Metoprolol(6.25~50mg,qd)were added for 12 weeks .Blood pressure,heart rate,LVEF,LVDd and 6 min walking test were measured before and after the treatment.Results The total efficacy rate of therapy group was 92.5%,furthermore,there was obviousy difference in the cardiac function,blood pressure,LVEF,LVDd and 6 min walking test between the therapy group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion To CHF patients,the abnormality of ventricular thickness and cardiac function can be significantly improved by Irbesartan combined with Metoprolol,this therapy is better than the general.
