多排螺旋CT在肠梗阻临床诊断中的应用研究

目的分析多排螺旋CT在肠梗阻临床诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2010年3月—2013年5月本院接收的肠梗阻患者85例进行回顾性分析,患者均应用CT进行检查诊断,对比CT与术后结果,分析CT诊断价值。结果机械性肠梗阻诊断符合率平均在70.0%,其中肠腔阻塞71.4%（20/28）,肠壁受压72.0%（18/25）,肠腔病变71.4%（15/21）,动力性肠梗阻中腹膜后血肿33.3%（1/3）,腹膜炎和肠系膜上动脉血栓均为100.0%（4/4）。结论多排螺旋CT在肠梗阻临床诊断中应用效果好,可显著提高准确率和成功率。

Application of Multiple Row Helical CT in the Clinical Diagnosis of Intestinal Obstruction

Objective To analyze application value of multiple row helical CT in the clinical diagnosis of intestinal obstruction. Methods 85 patients with intestinal obstruction in our hospital from March 2010 to May 2013 were retrospectively analyzed for the study,all patients were diagnosed by CT,the results of the CT and postoperative were compared,diagnostic value of CT was analyzed. Results Diagnosis coincidence rate of mechanical obstruction was averaged 70. 0%,luminal obstruction was 71. 4%（ 20 /28）,intestinal pressure was 72. 0%（ 18 /25）,luminal disease 71. 4%（ 15 /21）,dynamic obstruction of retroperitoneal hematoma was 33. 3%（ 1 /3）,the peritonitis and mesenteric arterial thrombosis were 100. 0%（ 4 /4）. Conclusion Application effect of multiple row helical CT in the clinical diagnosis of intestinal obstruction is good,can significantly improve the accuracy and success rate.
