| 摘 要： | 目的分析医院门诊抗菌药物的使用情况,合理使用抗菌药物。方法随机抽取医院门诊2013年4～9月的处方共计7614份,对抗菌药物的使用情况进行统计分析。结果门诊处方中使用抗菌药物处方数为3318份,占43.6%,抗菌药物单联处方占93.2%,两联应用的处方占6.8%,其中不合理处方占3.3%。其中口服用药占85%,注射用药占15%。结论医院门诊抗菌药物的使用存在不合理现象,应加强培训、宣传与管理,提高合理使用抗菌药物的水平。
