改良会阴侧切缝合术对产妇伤口愈合的临床研究

目的研究改良会阴侧切缝合术对产妇伤口愈合的影响效果。方法选取2010年6月—2013年6月本院收治的自然分娩行会阴左侧切开缝合产妇160例,随机分为对照组及观察组,每组80例。对照组产妇行传统会阴侧切缝合术,观察组患者行改良会阴侧切内皮缝合术。观察并记录两组产妇术后会阴切口愈合情况及会阴切口疼痛程度。结果观察组产妇甲级愈合率高于对照组产妇,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组产妇轻度、中度、重度疼痛率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组产后坐起哺乳时间、切口疼痛时间、住院天数均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论和传统的间断性分层缝合术相比,改良会阴侧切缝合术可显著提高产妇会阴切口甲级愈合率,缩短了哺乳时间、切口疼痛时间以及住院天数,极大的提高了产妇的生活质量。

Clinical Effect of Improved Episiotomy Suture in the Wound Healing of Pregnant Woman

Objective To study the effect of improved episiotomy suture in the wound healing of woman. Methods160 cases of natural childbirth with pregnant woman in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2013,were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,80 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional episiotomy suture,and the observation group was treated with improved episiotomy suture. The perineal incision healing and perineal incision pain situations of two groups were compared. Results The first class healing rate in the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The maternal mild,moderate and severe pain rate in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significance（ P〈0. 05）. The sat breastfeeding postpartum time,incision pain time,hospitalization timestay in the observation group were less than the control group,the differences were statistically significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Improved episiotomy suture can significantly improve the healing rate of maternal perineal incision compare with traditional intermittent layered suture,shorten the feeding time,incision pain time,hospitalization time,improving the quality of life greatly.
