美托洛尔和比索洛尔及卡维地洛治疗心力衰竭的临床研究

目的探究美托洛尔、比索洛尔和卡维地洛治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年5月—2013年5月本院收治的55例慢性心力衰竭患者的临床治疗资料。患者被随机分为琥珀酸美托洛尔组（26例）、酒石酸美托洛尔组（7例）、比索洛尔组（10例）和卡维地洛组（12例）,观察4种药物的治疗结果。结果治疗3个月后,4组患者的心功能指标均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗6个月后,4组患者治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论琥珀酸美托洛尔、酒石酸美托洛尔、比索洛尔和卡维地洛均适用于心力衰竭患者,不仅能有效降低患者的病死率,且能有效改善患者的心力衰竭症状。

Clinical Research of Metoprolol,Bisoprolol and Carvedilol in the Treatment of Heart Failure

Objective To explore the metoprolol,bisoprolol and carvedilol in the treatment of heart failure. Methods 55 cases of patients with heart failure in the hospital from May 2012 to May 2013 were retrospectively analysed. Patients were randomly divided into metoprolol group（ 26 cases）,tartaric acid metoprolol group（ 7 cases）,bisoprolol group（ 10 cases） and carvedilol group（ 12 cases）,the treatment results of 4 kinds of drugs were observed. Results After 3 months of treatment,the heart function index of 4 groups were better than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. After 6 months of treatment,4 groups had no significant difference in efficiency（ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion Succinic acid metoprolol,tartaric acid metoprolol,bisoprolol and carvedilol are suitable for heart failure patients,not only can effectively reduce the mortality,and can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with heart failure.
