优质护理干预对老年股骨颈骨折中的应用效果分析

目的探讨优质护理干预在老年股骨颈骨折中的应用效果。方法选取本院2012年4月—2013年8月96例老年股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。对观察组患者实施优质护理,对照组采取常规护理,观察并比较两组患者治疗相关时间以及并发症的发生情况。结果观察组患者下床活动时间以及平均住院时间均短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论优质护理干预有效改善了老年股骨颈骨折患者并发症的发生情况,对促进患者康复具有重要意义。

The Clinical Effect of Quality Nursing Intervention on Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture

Objective To study the effect of quality nursing intervention on elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods 96 patients with femoral neck fracture in our hespital from Apr. 2012 to Aug. 2013,which were randomly divided into observation group and control group,48 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing,and the observation group were treated with quality nursing intervention,the relevant time of treatment and complication of two groups were compared. Results The movement time and the average hospitalization time of observation group were less than control group,the incidence of complications in observation group was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Quality nursing intervention is effective to improve the treatment effect for the elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. It can reduce the incidence of complications and worth to extend in clinic.
