关节镜辅助治疗胫骨平台骨折合并半月板损伤的临床研究

目的研究关节镜在微创环境下辅助治疗胫骨平台骨折合并半月板损伤的临床疗效。方法选取2009年2月—2013年2月在本院治疗的胫骨平台骨折合并半月板损伤患者50例,根据患者的骨折程度、自愿原则以及随机数字表法分为对照组（24例）和观察组（26例）。对照组采用复位固定法,观察组采用关节镜辅助下手术治疗,比较两组患者的疗效。结果对照组24例,其中优7例,良6例,可4例,差7例,优良率70.8%;观察组26例,优15例,良7例,可3例,差1例,优良率为96.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.218,P〈0.05）。结论采用关节镜辅助下的有限切口结合手术的方法治疗胫骨平台骨折合并半月板损伤,具有创伤小并能够同时处理关节腔内的其他损伤等优势,骨折愈合快、膝关节功能良好。

Clinical Research of Arthroscopy in the Treatment of Tibial Plateau Fractures Merge Meniscus Injury

Objective To study clinical efficacy of arthroscopy in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures merge meniscus injury. Methods 50 patients with tibial fractures merge meniscus injury were treated in our hospital from February 2009 to February 2013. According to the degree fracture and the principle of voluntary,50 patients were randomly divided into control group（ 24 cases） and observation group（ 26 cases）. Control group was treated with reset fixed,observation group was treated with arthroscopy assisted syrgery,the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results 24 cases of control group,the results of excellent were 7 cases,good were 6 cases,not bad were 4 cases,bad were 7 cases,the excellent rate was 70. 8%;In observation group,the results of excellent were 15 cases,good were 7 cases,not bad were 3 cases,bad was 1 cases,the excellent rate was 96. 2%,the difference was statistically significant（ χ2= 4. 218,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Arthroscopy is a good choice in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures merge meniscus injury,it has the advantage of good knee function,less complications,shorter recovery time,and the combined injuries can be treated at the same time.
