腹部外科手术后应用奥曲肽的综合疗效观察

目的研究奥曲肽在腹部外科手术后的临床应用效果。方法以2010年6月-2013年6月在医院普外科行腹部手术治疗的140例患者为研究对象,随机分为奥曲肽组与对照组各70例,奥曲肽组于术后应用奥曲肽治疗,对照组用等量0.9%氯化钠溶液治疗作为对照,比较2组发生腹胀、腹痛的例数、患者恢复自主排气的时间及术后并发症的发生情况。结果奥曲肽组发生腹胀、腹痛的例数、恢复自主排气的时间、腹痛腹胀缓解时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;发生术后出血、脓肿继发脓毒症、术后胰腺炎、胰瘘的患者人数均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论奥曲肽应用于腹部外科手术后能明显改善患者的腹痛、腹胀,缩短肛门排气时间,有效预防术后并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Comprehensive curative effect observation on the application of octreotide after abdominal surgical operation

Objective To study the clinical application of octreotide after abdominal surgical operation. Methods From June 2010 to June 2013,140 patients underwent abdominal operation were randomly divided into octreotide group and control group,each of 70 cases. The octreotide group accepted octreotide treatment,while the control group received 0. 9% sodium chloride solution treatment. The abdominal distention,abdominal pain cases,patients recover independent exhaust time and postoperative complications of 2 groups were compared. Results The abdominal distention,abdominal pain cases,patients recover independent exhaust time and postoperative complications in octreotide group were all less or shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The number of patients suffered from postoperative hemorrhage,abscess secondary to sepsis,postoperative pancreatitis,pancreatic fistula were less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Octreotide used in abdominal operation can significantly improve the patient＇s abdominal pain,abdominal distension,shorten the time of anal exhaust,effectively prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
