异丙酚瑞芬太尼复合麻醉对创伤性脑损伤术后一氧化氮含量影响的效果观察

摘    要:目的观察异丙酚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉对创伤性脑损伤患者术后一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响。方法选择创伤性脑损伤后10h内进行手术治疗的ASAⅢ~Ⅳ级患者50例,分为异丙酚组(Y组)和异丙酚瑞芬太尼复合组(Y+F组)。应用硝酸还原酶法测定各组全麻诱导前(T0)、手术开始后1(T1)、6(T2)、12(T3)、24(T4)和48h(T5)各时间点血浆中NO含量。结果 Y组和Y+F组的一氧化碳水平在T0~T5间明显下降,且于T4、T5达到正常水平,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论异丙酚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉创伤性脑损伤患者术后一氧化氮含量无明显影响,并对大脑起到保护作用。值得临床推广应用。

Propofol and remifentanil anesthesia effect on nitric oxide content in traumatic brain injury after operation

Abstract:Objective This study intends to observe propofol remifentanil compound anesthesia for traumatic brain injury patients postoperative effects of nitric oxide( NO) content. Methods Select 10 hours after traumatic brain injury to surgery patients with ASA Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ level 50 cases,divided into the propofol group( Y) and propofol remifentanyl group( Y + F)composite. Application of nitrate enzymatic determination between groups( T0),before induction of general anesthesia surgery after the start of 1( T1),6( T2),12( T3),24( T4) and48 hours( T5) in plasma NO levels at each time point. Results Carbon monoxide levels in Y group and Y + F group was significantly decreased in the T0~ T5,and in the T4,T5 reached the normal level,There was no significant difference between the two groups( P〉0. 05). Conclusion Propofol and Remifentanil anesthesia can also reduce the content of nitric oxide in patients with traumatic brain injury,and protect the brain.
