~(99m)Tc-PYM的制备、动物实验及临床研究

摘    要:目的:研制适于临床肿瘤阳性显像的标记产品99mTC-PYM。方法:在原工作基础上,提高99mTc-PYM的放射性强度,并通过注射前往产品中加入维生素C,提高肿瘤对99mTc-PYM的摄取百分丰。结果:定量判断肺部恶性病灶的灵敏度、特异性和准确性分别为92%、100%和93%。结论:99mTC-PYM显像可用于肺癌诊断及分期,具有对疗效评价及预后判断的能力,该方法简便、安全,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Abstract:Objective:The aim of this study is to prepare a product with high specific radio activity usedto tumor imaging. Methods:PYM was labelling with high radio activitY 99mTc. Vitamin C was added toincrease the percentage of 99mTc-PYM uptake in tumor,99mTc-PYM was tried to use for tumor scintigraphy in many nude mice bearing EAC and 104 patients for the first time. Results:Quantitatitive analysis:the overall sensitivity in detection of pulmonary malignant lesions was 92%,sepecificity 100%,accuracy93%. Conclusion: The results show that imaging using 99mTc-PYM was an excellent method for lungcancer diagnosis and can be used for tumor staging. It was potential to evaluation of treatment effect andprognosis. This method is simple,safe and suitable for clinical aplication.
