摘    要:目的 观察卵巢性激素对子宫内膜容受性相关分子的调节。 方法 应用去势小鼠模型 ,分别给予雌激素(E)、孕激素 (P)、雌激素 +孕激素 (E +P)腹腔注射 ,对照组 (C)注射助溶剂植物油 ,通过逆转录聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)方法观察细胞间粘附分子 1(ICAM 1)、白血病抑制因子 (LIF)、E 选择素mRNA的变化。 结果 与对照组相比 ,ICAM 1水平E、P组无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,E +P组明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;E 选择素除E +P组外均无表达 ;LIF表达量E、P和E +P组都有升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,以E +P组更为显著 (P <0 .0 1)。 结论 生殖激素的周期性分泌调节局部相关因子的表达 ,是容受性建立的关键 ,在性激素的调节下 ,相关分子共同作用完成接受态与非接受态之间切换。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of estrogen (E_2) and progesterone (P) on the expression of the molecules related to the endometrial receptivity and explore the mechanism of endometrial receptivity. Methods:The ovariectomized mice were injected intraperitoneally with E_2, P and E_2+P respectively. The expressions of leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF), E-selectin and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in endometria of mice were detected with RT-PCR. Results: E_2 + P, but not E_2 or P alone, increased the level of ICAM-1 mRNA in the mouse endometrium (P<0.05). E-seletin mRNA was detected only in the group of E_2 + P. The expression of LIFmRNA was elevated by E_2, P (P<0.05) and E_2+ P (P<0.01). Conclusion: The results suggested that ovarian sex hormones could play a role through regulating periodically the expressions of related molecules in the establishment of endometrial receptivity.
