培哚普利与卡托普利治疗原发性高血压的临床效果比较

目的　评价培哚普利与卡托普利治疗原发性高血压的临床效果。方法　61例病人,男34例,女27例。培哚普利组31例,培哚普利4mg,1次/d;卡托普利组30例,卡托普利25mg,3次/d。两组均在治疗30d后统计疗效。结果两组临床疗效比较差异显著(P<0.05),培哚普利组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)下降更显著(P<0.01,P<0.05),实验室检查BUM,Cre,K+,Na+等均无明显改变。结论　应用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)治疗原发性高血压时,宜首选培哚普利。

The Comparison of Clinical Therapeutic Effects On Primary Hypertension between Perindopril and Captopril

Objective To assess the clinial therapeutic effects of perindopril and captopril on primary hypertension. Methods Sixty-one subjects ( 34 male, 27 female ) were enrolled in the study. There were thirty-one subjects in perindopril group, and thirty in captopril group, in which perindopril and captopril were administered at the dosage of 4 mg/d ( qd ) and 75mg/d ( tid ) persubject. All subjects in both perindopril group and captopril group were treated for 30 days, and then were assessed statistically. Results There were gigniicant differences between the two groups (P<0.05 ). Systolic blood pressure ( SBP ) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) of perindopril group decreased more significantly (P<0.01,P<0.05 ). There were no clear changes in lab test such as blood urea nitrogen ( BUN ), creatinine ( Cre ), K+ and Na+. Conclusion It is suggested that perindopril should be the first choice when angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI) is taken into account for the therapy of primary hypertension.
