摘    要:目的:探讨磁敏感加权成像(SWI)序列在常见颅脑疾病显像中的应用价值。方法:对58例颅脑疾病的SWI图像与常规快速自旋回波(FSE)图像进行比较、分析。结果:SWI可以清晰显示颅内异常出血灶、血管异常及铁沉积异常。21例脑出血,SWI显示21例,常规FSE显示15例;15例脑血管畸形,SWI均清晰显示病变边界及形态异常血管;5例脑外伤,SWI均显示损伤部位;12例脑肿瘤,SWI较FSE序列对病变边界及瘤内出血显示更加清楚;5例神经变性性病变,SWI发现帕金森症患者3例,FSE仅发现1例。结论:SWI对于颅内出血,脑血管畸形,弥漫性轴索损伤、颅脑肿瘤及伴有铁分布异常的神经系统变性疾病,均能够提供比常规MRI更加详细、准确的信息。

Abstract:Objective:To apply susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) in central nervous system diseases and to evaluate its diagnostic value. Methods:58 patients nervous system diseases were undergone conventional MR and SWI sequence. The SWI images were compared with conventional sequences. Results: SWI showed clearly intracerebral hemorrhage, abnormality of brain vessel and iron deposition. In 21 cases of intracerebral hemorrhage, SWI displayed all cases clearly, conventional FSE sequence only revealed 15 cases. SWI clearly displayed border and abnormality vessel of lesions in all 15 cases of brain vascular malformation. SWI revealed injuried positions in all 5 cases of brain trauma. In 12 cases of intracrardal mass, SWI displayed border and hemorrhage of lesions more clear than FSE sequence. In 5 cases of degenerative diseases, SWI revealed 3 cases of Parkinson disease, but only 1 case was showed by FSE. Conclusion: SWI can offer more detailed information combining with other sequence for visualizing the intracerebral hemorrhage, brain vascular malformation, diffuse axonal injury, intracranial mass and degenerative diseases with abnormal iron deposition.
