食管癌术后患者肠内外营养并发症的对比观察及护理干预

目的观察食管癌术后患者肠外营养加肠内营养并发症的发生率及预防和护理干预的效果。方法将53例食管癌术后患者随机分为肠外营养支持组(23例)和肠外营养加肠内营养支持组(30例),给予相应的预防和护理措施,观察其并发症的发生率。结果肠外营养加肠内营养支持组腹泻、胃肠道出血、二重感染、高血糖症、肝功能损害等并发症发生率明显低于肠外营养支持组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论对于食管癌术后患者,应用肠外营养加肠内营养支持,对患者胃肠黏膜有保护作用,不易引起代谢紊乱和器官功能损害。

NURSING INTERVENTION WITH ENTERNAL OR ABENTERIC NUTRITION IN POSTOPERATIVE NURSING OF ESOPHAGEAL CARCINOMA CASES

Objective To observe the incidence of complications of esophageal carcinoma in postoperative patients treated with eternal or abeteric nutrition and to evaluate the nursing effects.Methods 53 cases were randomly divided into enternal nutrition group(Group A,n=23) and eternal-abenteric nutrition group(Group B,n=30).Appropriate nursing measures were taken in both groups.The incidence of complications were obseved.Results The incidences of diarrhea,gastrointestional hemorrhage,double infection,hyperglycernia and hepatic function injury in Group B were found much lower than those in Group A(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Enternal-abenteric nutrition can help to protect gastrointestianl mucosa without causing metabolic disorder of hepatic function injury after the esopageal carcinoma patients have received operation.
