腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠78例临床分析

目的：探讨各种类型输卵管妊娠行腹腔镜手术的临床方法。方法：对78例输卵管妊娠患者，以腹腔镜技术行输卵管切开、开窗、伞端整形进行手术。结果：腹腔镜手术治疗各类输卵管妊娠78例，术后输卵管通畅率100％（78／78），宫内妊娠率89．74％（70／78）。无1例再发生输卵管妊娠。手术时间（20-65）min，平均38min，术中出血（2～110）m1，平均13ml。均无严重并发症。结论：腹腔镜治疗各种类型输卵管妊娠安全、有效、恢复快，即能明确诊断，又能治疗，还能术后提高输卵管通畅率和宫内妊娠率。

Reatment Analysis of Video Laparoscope in 78 Patients with Tubal Pregnancy

Objective:To observe the treatment effects of video laparoscopy operations on tubal pregnancy. Methods: The laparoscopy technology operations were performed (cutting open falloppian tube and umbrella-end plastic operation) in 78 women with tubal pregnancy. Results: Under video laparascopy technology operation, the falloppian tube was not anymore in all cases. The pregnancy in womb after operation was 89.74%, and no pregnant got the tubal pregnancy again .The operation time valid from 20 minutes to 65 min, average time 38 min. The mean bleeding volume was 13ml(2~110). No serious complications occurred. Conclusions: The results suggest that laparosicopic operation is safe, minimal invasion, better recovery and efficiency.
