某机场国际航站楼扩建工程建设项目卫生学评价

目的对某机场国际航站楼扩建工程进行卫生学评价，识别、分析项目可能存在的健康危害因素。方法依据《公共交通等候室卫生标准》，选用机场一期航站楼进行类比分析，结合检查表法进行评价。结果项目建成投入运营后，可能产生的健康危害因素主要是可吸入颗粒物、细菌、噪声等，超标率分别为8．3％、12．8％；噪声超标（商场、咖啡厅）100％；项目主要卫生设施等方面的设计基本符合卫生学要求。结论本项目如能进一步完善卫生设施的设计，健全和落实各项卫生管理制度，运营过程中产生的各种健康危害因素可得到控制、减轻或消除。从公共卫生的角度，该项目是可行的。

Hygiene Assessment of Expansion Construction Project for the International Waiting room of Airport

Objective To assess and predict the hazards related with traveller＇ s health in the expansion construction project for the international waiting room of the airport. Methods Analogy was used by selecting the stage - 1 waiting room of the airport which is similar to the project and checklist was also used at the same time. Results The main potential hazards in the project were noise, PM10 and bacteria. The exceeding rates of PM10 and bacteria were 8. 3% and 12. 8% ; the exceeding rate of noise in store , coffee bar was 100%. The main hygienic facilities accorded with hygienic requirements. Conclusion The hazards related with traveller＇ s health in the project could be controlled and minimized or eliminated, if the hygienic facility design is perfected, the health management system is improved and carried out. From the view of hygiene this construction project is feasible.
