| 摘 要： | 取２具新鲜成人尸体，分离肱二头肌，人工造成桡骨干上１／３骨折，测定屈时９０°时旋前位、中立位、旋后位的相关参数，计算肱二头肌力的旋转分量，稳固分量和对肘关节的矩。结果显示：肱二头肌力的转动分量很大，几乎等于肱二头肌力，稳固分量较小；对肘关节的矩以旋后位最大，旋前位为次，中立位最小。表明：桡骨干上ｌ／３骨折时，易形成“骨折近端向后旋转移位”，为减少力矩的作用，固定时宜“屈时９０°，前臂中立位”。
