肩关节周围炎的综合疗法：102例分析

１９８３年至１９９１年对１０２例肩凝期肩周炎患者采用麻醉下手法松解＋地塞米松溶液关节腔内注射＋骨膜外敷及肩关节功能操练的综合治疗。轻型１０例，中型４３例，重型４９例。９８例得到随访，其中优５８例（５９，２％），良２２例（２２，５％），进步１６例（１６．３％），无效２例（２．０％）。分析了综合疗法的作用机理，指出骨膜对肩周炎有肯定疗效。积极主动的功能锻练是巩固疗效，防止再度粘连的重要步骤。

Combinative Treatement of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

From 1983 to 1991 we cured 102 cases of scapulohumeral periarthitis with combined treatment,including maneuver lysis under anaesthesia 5% Dexamethasone intrarticular maneuver injection.fracture curing film dressing and artieular functional evercise.In our series there are 10 mild cases,43 middle cases and 49 severs cases,98 cases were followed-up,among these the treatment effect were excellent in 58 cases(59.2%).good in 22 cases(22.5%),improvement in 16 cases(16.3%)and vain in 2 cases(2.0%).Analysing the mechanism of this combined therapy,we hope to point out that fracture curing film has the positive curative effect in treatment andactive articular functional exercise is important for effect consolidation and readhesion's prevention.
