南山区361例肺结核病人耐药监测结果分析

目的：探讨我区结核菌株耐药情况，为临床治疗及制定防治措施提供参考依据。方法：选例肺结核病人痰培养阳性标本由深圳市慢性病防治院中心实验室作药敏测定。结果：痰结核分枝杆菌阳性病人361例初治耐药率28．7％，耐药顺位：链霉索(S)、异烟肼(H)、利福平(R)、乙胺丁醇(E)，分别为21．8％、13．1％、5．9％、5．6％；复治耐药率47．5％，耐药顺位为S(22．7％)、H(14．7％)、R(7．2％)、E(6．1％)；MDR-TB耐药率为4．7％。结论：我区结核病耐药情况不容乐观，对耐药结核病的临床治疗和管理应给予足够的重视。

ANALYSIS ON DRUG RESISTANCE OF 361 CASES WITH PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS IN NANSHAN REGION

Objective:To explore drug resistance of mycobacterium tuberculosis in Nanshan region and to provide reference for clinical treatment and prevention measure.Methods:The culture-positive of sputum specimens from patients would be sent to the laboratory center in Shenzhen chronic disease prevention hospital for detection the drug sensitive test.Results:In all of the 361 cases with tuberculosis,the sequence of drug resistance was:streptomycin(S)21.8%,hidrasonil(H)13.1%,rifampin(R)5.9% and ethambutol(E)5.6%.Acquired resistance rate was 47.5%,the sequence of drug resistance was S 22.7%,H 14.7%,R 7.2%,E 6.1%.MDR-TB resistance rate was 4.7%.Conclusion:The drug resistance of tuberculosis mycobacterium in Nanshan region was serious.The management and clinical treatment for tuberculosis patient must be emphasized.
